Born in Beirut in 1984, Kassim grew up in Ngaoundéré, Cameroon, at a time when Lebanon was at war. He now lives in Beirut, working as a freelance photographer and educator. He holds a Master’s degree in Photography from the Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts.
